Our very first case study was done with Konica Minolta Business Solutions A/S in Denmark, one of our first OutBack customers. Konica Minolta use OutBack together with PBX integration with an Alcatel telephone system. You can read their story here.
Our first Assistance customer case story featured the Danish municipality of Odder (Odder Kommune). They acquired Assistance in 2004 and have about 100 users in their system. You can read their story here.
The next Assistance customer case story featured the Danish municipality of Fredensborg and their experiences with crisis management. They installed Assistance in the beginning of 2007 and have approx. 150 users who work in the Job Center, the Social Services Center, the Civic Information Center, and even in the municipal Dental Care Center.
