Merlinia (Denmark) ApS is a wholly-owned subsidiary company in the Falconholm International group.

The Falconholm International group, which also includes the Swan Distribution group of companies, is a privately-owned Danish company with a turnover of EUR 22 million (approx. USD 27 million) in 2003.

Falconholm International is self-financed, which means that we are independent of investors, banks and other third-party interests. This means that we can develop our software products according to our opinion of what our customers need, without distracting influences.
