Alcatel

Merlinia is a member of the Alcatel Applications Partner program. This relationship that we have with Alcatel makes it possible for Merlinia to do a better job of integrating our OutBack product with Alcatel's PBX's.

OutBack can be integrated with both the Alcatel OmniPCX Office and the Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise (4400) PBX.

Avaya

Merlinia is a member of the Avaya DeveloperConnection program, making it possible for us to ensure that our integration of Merlinia OutBack with Avaya's IP Office system is optimal.

Cisco

Cisco Systems is the worldwide leader in network products. One of the areas of strong growth within networking is telephony or "voice over IP" (VoIP), and Cisco is one of the major players with advanced products such as CallManager and CallManager Express.

Note that Merlinia does not have any formal partnership with Cisco, and our OutBack product is not certified or approved by Cisco.

Mark Information

Mark Information makes systems that are used by companies to collect data about processes. This data can be used to optimize the processes and to bill for services.

Merlinia OutBack integrates with Mark Information's ProMark system. This allows the telephone receptionist to see the employees' status in ProMark, providing additional information about the presence or absence of the employees.

Microsoft

Merlinia is a Microsoft Certified Partner in ISV/Software Solutions. (ISV means Independent Software Vendor.) This status was achieved when Microsoft certified OutBack version 3.2 as being a Windows-compatible client/server application.

Our membership in the Microsoft Certified Partner program provides several benefits. For example, Merlinia has easy access to the latest Microsoft development tools and information about new Microsoft products.

Sonofon

Sonofon is Denmark's second largest mobile telephone operator. Unlike most mobile telephone operators, Sonofon is also active in developing new technologies related to wireless telephony.
